Throughout our visual language class we worked on assignment briefs based around a design exhibition and the promotional material they were commissioning. In this project we created the following:

Two postcard designs promoting the exhibition. Each postcard portraying a design elements. My chosen elements were texture and value.

Two tote bag designs inspired by true giants in the design game. I chose Paula Scher and Alex Trochut. 

And finally, two poster designs for cities that the exhibition will travel to. The posters were to be inspired by those cities and incorporate design principles. I chose the principles of hierarchy and scale .
